A sneak peek of Kendall and Jonathan’s Greenville Delaware wedding.

A couple caught in the Covid19 shutdown opts to have their wedding ceremony as planned with family only and postpone the big party until the fall.

Kendall and Jonathan planned a huge formal wedding for the spring of 2020 when plans were turned upside down due to the Covid19 related restrictions. Kendall, the daughter of a senator and a nurse, met Jonathan through her brother who were best friends . The couple knew each other long before dating but fell in love and planned a large wedding which had to be changed due to Covid19. Kendall and Jonathan were anxious to get married but as many many couples have had to make the choice to reschedule, they opted to keep their ceremony on the original wedding date and delay the reception until the fall. Greenville Country Club is a perfect venue for both small and large events and even though we had a little rain, the day was perfect and Kendall looks like a true princess complete with a tiara. We were able to take advantage of many of the warm interiors with mirrors and beautiful woodwork to create some dramatic portraits. We were also lucky enough to have a few minutes outside to get the quintessential photo in front of the tower at Greenville Country Club. The couple LOVES their two dogs and even had them attend the wedding for some photos (luckily the dogs were able to leave their masks at home!) The bride wore a beautiful Lazaro dress from Jennifer’s Bridal. The outer layer of the dress was adorned with tulle with an exquisite embroidered floral design, Kendall was very excited that she got to meet Lazaro in person when she went in to find her dress. Flowers by Yukie from created a beautiful archway of peonies and other flowers for their ceremony and filled the aisle with flower petals for her to walk on as she approached her groom. We are so fortunate in Wilmington to be near Styer’s Peonies in Chadds Ford PA. Styers farms one of the largest varieties of peonies in the world which gives the local florists an amazing selection of flowers making them very unique. Yukie is one of the most creative florists I work with and I always love see what she has created! The room was further perfected by sweet little touches of details like having the chairs adorned with customised signs with the guest’s name done in calligraphy.

Bei einer Dosis von 5 mg unterschieden apotheke sich Häufigkeit und Schweregrad der Rückenschmerzen nicht wesentlich von denen der Allgemeinbevölkerung. Bei Hämodialysepatienten, die 10 oder 20 mg Tadalafil erhielten, wurden keine Rückenschmerzen festgestellt.

The couple enlisted the help of the multi talented wedding coordinator, Events By Christine, to help pull together an event to remember. I can say the wedding was even more special with the closest people in attendance. I know that so many couples are devastated about having to change their plans due to Covid19 but what I do know is that when these couples have their receptions, they will be all that much more special and appreciated. A gorgeous dress from Jennifer’s Bridal, made by Lazaro. Jennifer’s is one of my favorite dress shops. We joked last year because almost every single one of my brides got their dress from Jennifer’s. They carry the best lines of dresses and are wonderful to work with which is why I keep seeing their dresses over and over! I was so happy to see Kendall had remembered to get a pretty hanger to hang her dress from. I usually bring a wood hanger just in case and of course this particular day I forgot to put one in.

Michelle Mitchell of MMPastry Designs created a sweet little buttercream frosted cake for the party and Flowers by Yukie decorated it with Peonies and greenery. Not only are her cakes beautiful but super yummy! Occasionally on weddings I’m able to take a piece of cake with me and I always make an extra effort to locate those extra slices when Michelle’s cake is present.

Kendall wore gorgeous beaded wedges from Badgley Mischka and said they were super comfortable, always a good thing for a night of dancing.

We decided to to a first look (also known as a reveal) with the bride’s dad, it was a very emotional moment. You can feel the love and he was so proud of his beautiful girl. Senator McDowell hugs his sweet daughter before walking her down the aisle.

One thing I’m finding with the Covid weddings is how emotional they are. So much happiness and sadness wrapped up. In this case, it was obviously tears of joy on everyone’s face.

It was a beautiful wedding, sometimes the smaller more intimate weddings can be even that much more meaningful and sweet. I know they will also have an amazing reception when the time comes. Again, love wins!
