I first got to know this cute couple at our engagement session at Longwood Gardens this past winter. They were so down to earth, I knew I was going to love shooting their wedding! The day was gorgeous, a June wedding with perfect weather. The girls were dressed in a bright pink and the flowers (Flowers by Yukie) were a combination of pinks and greens. The men were stationed at the Hotel Dupont, while the bride was getting ready at her family home in Wilmington. The ceremony was a traditional catholic wedding at St. Joseph’s on the Brandywine and the reception followed at VicMead Hunt Club. Although we only had a few minutes to photograph the couple before the reception, we were able to capture the gorgeous sunset.
